Oh plagarism... what fun...

That awkward moment when I'm reading a Jon/Sansa military AU and really enjoying the writing, but slowly start to realize that it's sounding more and more familiar.
Sure enough, after a 5 minute perusal of my bookshelf, it's because the plot and at least half the text has been taken directly from Dee Henderson's TRUE VALOR.
Two guesses whether or not the author had mentioned that little fact in any of their notes about "researching all the details with her military friends and family."
Anyone know how to report a story for outright plagarism on AO3?
