NaNoWriMo Day 11

hiddencaitSo, I went 2 solid days without writing ANYTHING thanks so two nights of hanging out with friends in a row. Since when do I have a social life and why oh WHY did it decide to show up in November? Le sigh.
I did the math and in order to be caught up by the end of tonight I would need to write 5983 words. Yes you read that right. Pardon me while I have a mini-meltdown. *panic*
...OK I think I'm over it. So I did some more math, and if I spread it out, I can be caught up by the end of the weekend with just 3106 per day. Still fairly panic worthy, but I think I can do this. I think.
I'm gonna put in The Fifth Element as it seems to be my writing movie and see what I can churn out.
BTW, if you see me wasting time on LJ over the weekend, feel free to shout out "Write, bitch. Write!" until I behave myself!

So it's after midnight, and I'm passing out so I guess I'm going to give up the ghost for tonight at least. Still managed to get more than the normal "daily" goal of 1667, so rock on right?
And hey, I have all weekend (minus a few hours overtime tomorrow.. again).
