FANNISH FIFTY AHOY! 1/50

So I signed up for the Fannish Fifty challenge hosted by Swannee here: https://swannee.dreamwidth.org/139283.html Basically this is to hopefully help me with one of my goals for 2023 – to make this page more of a fandom blog again like it was back in the Livejournal days instead of just an endless posting of Dear Author Exchange Letters. But the gist is that I will be posting 50 blogs over the course of 2023 all along a fairly fannish “theme.” Mine is pretty broad, I won’t lie (as let’s be honest – I need all the wiggle room I can get to help me actually succeed with this), and will be “Whatever Fannish Thing I'm Interacting With That Week” - so very random with topics across books I'm reading, shows I'm watching, any challenges I’m participating in, what fanfic verse I'm spending most of my reading/writing time in at the moment, etc., etc., and so forth.

That second to last thing in the list is how I’m getting away with calling this the first entry of my fifty, by the way – because I’m announcing that I’m doing said challenge.

I know, I know: it’s probably cheating. Ask me how much I care LOL.

Anyway, be on the look out for those posts if you like and feel free to prompt me something to talk about in the comments and/or ping me if it’s been a while since I posted. I like that there ISN’T a schedule for this, so some weeks I may post multiple if I’m on a roll, while others I may miss completely. We shall see! But yeah, I just wanted something fun and an excuse to babble at you all. Enjoy, I guess?
