Whee that's exactly the reaction I'd hoped for in my secrethearts! I just wanted this to feel real if that makes sense. While I love some of the other tags for this ep that I've seen, I just can't see them making out already at this point in the series. Like you said, dear Becker is just too determined not to let those walls down yet.
