So, remember dear flist how I was idiotic enough to claim not one but two mixes for bigbang_mixup? I was well aware of the fact that it was likely a mistake for me to take on so much, but did it stop me? Hell no.

Did common sense stop me from diving headlong into crossbigbang when I saw it pimped? Not really. Though, in my defense - it almost did. I ran like hell from the bang that was so clearly tailored for my crossoverkink. Then my betaluv askita and i realized we could actually co-author. Cue another bang on my list.

And now... oh dear god now, I seem to have signed up for crossbigbang yet again and now BY MYSELF.  And yes, it's freaking Jeremy Renner's fault. Cuz hell, clearly my brain is determined to write crossovers for him, and this one in particular. *headdesk*

That attempt went very wrong, and Cassie's been in Division hands ever sense. Now, with the help of some of the allies they've gained over the past 5 years, Nick is determined to get his lover back and to complete what they set out to do in the first place - get her mother free as well.  Wordcount requirement: 10,000

2. Doom/Chronicles of Riddick fic for "anything but faithful" mix: John Grimm became Lord Vaako many years ago, and until now, only one of the Lord Marshalls has ever held his loyalty. The Riddick just might manage it.  However, even more intriguing to Vaako is the young woman who fought at the Riddick's side. A young woman he can save from death itself. His wife will not be pleased.  Wordcount requirement: 10,000

Terminator/Avengers cross (Ironman focus but with full team) co-written with askita: The experiments with the Bifrost cause ripples in more than just this reality and sends two very confused and very naked survivors crashing into two different U.S. cities where they both promptly lose their shit. Fortunately Kyle and Sarah have Pepper and Tony helping them out... Unfortunately that also means they have Ironman and JARVIS helping them out. This cannot end well.  Wordcount requirement: 20,000

2. Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol/28 Weeks Later cross: 28 weeks after the Rage virus decimates the U.K., Julia Scarlett (once Hunt) is part of the medical team sent in with the U.S. military. Her former husband is less than comfortable with her there. Cue rumors of a terrorist cell trying to resurrect the virus, and Ethan is even more uncomfortable.

That his team follows him into the mix should not surprise anyone. That Brandt is as comfortable with a sniper rifle and dogtags as he is with a pistol and a suit and tie somehow isn't that surprising either.  Wordcount requirement: 15,000

Oh! BTW, for those of you who are all icony-talented, I really think I need an icon with Jeremy's stupid face and the words "All his fault."  As far as which version of his face, I'm really pretty easy lol. Though I suppose it would make sense for crossbang encouragement if it was either Brandt from Ghost Protocol or Sgt Doyle from 28 Weeks Later. Seriously, I'll offer a decent length like... at least 1k of a requested one shot in one of my various fandoms for it!

Note: if the fandom includes Jeremy, there's probably a good chance it will get written faster. Damn him and his sexy.

I feel bad. That's one of my mixes up there, and you were being a good friend and you claimed it...and it's totes okay if you want to drop it. Cuz that is a lot of writing. I don't know how anyone does one big bang, let alone 4!

Awww don't feel bad! You're letting me play merry hell with a fic concept I've wanted to play with for years. So seriously no harm no foul lol. Plus I've already got it mostly plotted and started writing like 1.5kish? Maybe more actually. Haven't looked.

And frighteningly enough - for some of my watchlist this is a very small number lol lol again.

But yeah, I'm definitely still on for your's. This was not so much a "god I need to drop a bang" as "wow I have some fic!impulse control issues" lol

Yeah I am FAR from the craziest BigBanger on my flist too.. that's what's scarier in my opinion lol.

And *pat pat* I think BigBangs are almost more addictive than just straight ficcing.. I wouldn't have thought it possible!
