Yuletide 2021 Round Up!

hiddencait As always, Yuletide is one of my favorite fandom events every year, and this year was no different. I requested some of my long time faves, and offered several more that I hadn't written for before and ended up assigned one of the new fandoms and had a BLAST writing it. And bonus, since it was really easy and fun to write, I managed to finish it up in time to snag a pinch hit as well for one of my comfort fandoms. All in all, it was a delight of a writing year.
So! My assignment:
"Encounters Along a Road Side" https://archiveofourown.org/works/34998811 A Ghost Roads/October Daye crossover. I always love the hell out of writing crossovers and seeing that option requested on the letter made me grin with glee. Seanan McGuire is one of my long time fave authors, and getting to play with not one but two of her fandoms was a delight!
Pinch Hit:
"In Pursuit of Privacy" https://archiveofourown.org/works/35770393 A Innkeeper Chronicles series fic. This series is one I reread pretty regularly because it just makes me ridiculously happy in ways I can't even explain. I have a feeling it may end up being one I write in pretty often during Yuletide LOL
Finally, while writing fics is honestly my fave part of Yuletide, I do love getting gifts in return! Sense and Sensibility has been one of my several years in a row requests, and I finally got a fic for it!!

Really it was just a great way to close out my fandom year for 2021. I can't wait until next year!
