First of all – DON’T PANIC! Seriously, I have no doubts that I will love whatever you write. Just the fact that you are writing for any of these pairings in the first place will make me ridiculously happy. Also, I just love gifts in general, so I’ll be chuffed to get a prize of any shape and size.
I know this letter will likely be ridiculously long and meta-y as again I love these fandoms, but don’t let that scare you off. If none of the prompts/like lists work for you, feel free to ignore them. The only thing I do ask is that my no-thanks list be avoided if all at possible. Other than that though, do whatever the muse tells you!
Yes, please: Post-apocalypse fic, slice of life/domestic fic (if you can manage both post-apocalyptic AND domestic I will bow to your greatness lol), epistolary stories, teamfics, found family, crossovers, AUs (particularly coffee shop, Black Jewels trilogy, daemons, steampunk/neo-Victorian, Sentinel/Guide, Old West, and Pacific Rim fusions), outsider POVs, supernatural elements, badass chicks and men who respect/lust after them for it, fixit fics to bring back killed off characters, fics where characters have kids and are adorable parents. Also, I am a total music junkie so anything incorporating that would be welcome! Some of my current loves are Florence and the Machine, Ellie Goulding, Imagine Dragons, Bastille, Bridget Mendler, and Sara Bareilles. NOTE: I am VERY picky about my slash pairings – other than those specifically listed below, I usually prefer Het. If you are a slasher for another pairing, please go the gen route. I’m always good with friend/found family fics instead of shippy stuff.
Also, I’m always a fan of crossovers, so feel free to cross any of the fandoms below with each other if you are inspired that way! I just ask that the main characters in the story from each fandom still be the requested characters below if that makes sense.
When it comes to the trick/treat side of the divide, I’m TOTALLY game for both, but I do ask that the trick side not go too dark into horror/terrifying as fic exchanges are generally a happy place for me, so I’d rather not be totally creeped out LOL. I love supernatural/occult elements, however, so go wild with those!
Mad Max: Fury Road

Oh sweet jeebus this movie!! It drove right onto my Top 10 fave films ever and I am perfectly happy with it there. Tom Hardy played a fantastic Max after all the horrors he has faced over the years, and Furiosa for Our Lady Savior forever. And the two of them together sharing weaponry and winning respect after a knock down drag out brawl? That will never not hit me right in the competency kink.
That said, I know there are people out there who don’t ship these two, and that’s fine. I don’t personally ship them like FedEx, but I do understand the appeal of platonic life partners too J
Really I just want these two together being badass and taking on the world together. Whether at the Citadel or out in the Wasteland or even piloting a Jaeger together. Really I just want Max and Furiosa on the page however you can get them there.
I’d be totally game for Dog to show up too – I heart puppies & kittens. They will never be a bad addition to any canon (though please don’t have them as a meal – I know it could be canon, but I prefer my fuzzies cuddled instead of cooked).
BTW, I’m totally game to have The Wives, The Vuvalini, Nux, Ace, and other assorted War Boy survivors and/or Citadel residents showing up, but I really want Max and Furiosa to take center stage.

Another movie that I just recently saw that I definitely love. This was just such FUN, you know? The spy shenanigans were almost perfectly balanced out with the humor and sly hints at romance. Definitely one I hope for a sequel for!
On to the requested characters – yes, yes I do ship Gallya hard, and frankly I think Napoleon Solo does too LOL. The height kink alone for these two is just darling, and the sparks between the strong silent Russian bear with a temper but who just wants to be cuddled and the feisty German survivor who isn’t taking ANYONE’S shit just so utterly works for me.
This is the only request where quite frankly I don’t want gen for – the shipping was so blatantly built on screen but never was allowed to progress to RST instead of just UST. I need to see that explored!

Hermione Granger
Really there are too many things that I love about this character to name. She’s terribly brave, fiercely loyal, absolutely brilliant, and almost painfully practical. I really just want to be Hermione when I grow up.
So what would I love for her? Future fic for sure! Did she grow up to be a Potions or Charms mistress, or to teach at Hogwarts? Is she an Auror or Unspeakable with the Ministry? Is she off on another adventure we Muggles can only imagine?
That said, I’m really not behind her canon-future as Ron Weasley’s housewife (even JK Rowling has admitted that might have been a mistake LOL). They were probably the only canon couple that just didn’t appeal to me at all. I just couldn’t catch the chemistry there at all, and the fact that she was his second choice for so long at Hogwarts just made me hurt for her.
I would definitely be game for shippy fic with some of the other canon guys though! Lately I’ve been reminded of just how hard I really shipped her and Viktor/Krum, so that would be a definitely bonus for me. I mean, talk about the opposite reaction from Ron – Viktor saw her immediately and made no secret of the fact that he did so. The fact that they continued to write letters seemed like such a lovely detail, and I wished it hadn’t sorta vanished from the books. What can I say - epistolary love stories for the win! If Viktor’s not your fave though, I can also see her paired up with Harry (the sheer amount of handholding in the films and her constant support and his RECOGNIZING that support really sold me on this one), Draco (a trying-to-redeem himself Draco preferred), or Severus Snape (Obviously he’d have to have survived the final battle. Also, please age her up so it’s legal – I’m not into teacher/student relationships).
Oh! One final thing – I am not fond of Dark Lord Wins AUs. I prefer happy endings for this fandom.
Sanctuary

This show was just a laundry list of all the things I love best in fic, from the badass ladies, to the cryptids/Abnormals, to the Steampunk details showing up in Helen’s history and all of Henry’s tech. Just too much fun!
This is definitely another one where I ship it like Fedex. All through the first season I hoped this pairing might end up happening. Henry was so blatantly crushing on his young buddy, but never pushed at her, and I really liked that aspect to their relationship. Plus I thought they made a really interesting partnership with her being the one physically stronger at first glance, but only because he chose not to embrace the physical side of his shape shifting. Plus courtship through fun weaponry just made me smile like a loon.
I’d been good with a pre-Ashley’s abduction fic or an AU where she survived or was found alive. Mostly I just want to see these two being adorable together.
Don’t be too intimidated by the overly-shippy prompt, though. I’d be great with Abnormal Hunter!Bros with these two, as well.
Teen Wolf
Derek Hale
Admittedly this request is all about Derek. Bless the boy, if ever a character deserved something GOOD, Derek would be the one. That said, I really, really don’t want anything angsty for this fandom if at all possible. If you really need to write angst, please have it end happily after they get through all the hurt/comfort. Honestly that’s another one of the things I’d like to see if fic – for Derek to have a healthy non-romantic relationship of some kind with a lady. Healthy romantic relationships are of course acceptable and welcome (fave pairings Derek/Stiles, Derek/Allison, Derek/Lydia, or Derek/crossover female from other requested fandom), but I just rarely see friendship fic for Derek.
Other general notes: I heart Derek as Alpha. I know he did a bang up job of it to start with, but I love to see him having grown into the role and finding stability from being a proper Alpha. If you go the kinky route, I prefer Derek as dom. Also, I’m totally on board with alwaysagirl!Stiles if you want to go that route, but, just no girl!Derek. Stiles is one of very few characters I’ve enjoyed genderbent. BTW, I am firmly in the Erica and Boyd lives camp, so if you want to throw in pack to the mix, I’d love if they were around.
Also, for this fandom, I’ve gotten a really sweet human!Au for Derek before, but I’d really like him as a were or in some kind of pack situation ala Sentinel/Guide verse if at all possible if you go the AU route. The found family/pack aspect is one of the things I wish had worked a little better in canon because it’s really what attracts me to werewolf stories in general.
Oh, and one final thing, along the same lines as the minimal angst thing – I’d really like it if Kate, Peter, Gerard, and Duecalion didn’t make appearances. Thanks!
Criminal Minds
Derek Morgan, Penelope Garcia
Just a heads up: they are 100% my Criminal Minds OTP to the point that it was hard for me to watch once her canon guy came into the picture. I just love their banter back and forth and the way Derek has such a protective instinct when it comes to Penelope. I would love absolutely anything with these two, just as long as we get their banter and fun. No angst for this ship either, now that I think about it. These two are totally a happy place for me lol.
Pacific Rim

I enjoyed basically the entire cast of this movie, but really Herc’s who I’m focused on for this exchange. Something about Max Martini just kept my attention no matter who was on screen with him, and considering the gorgeous cast, that’s saying a helluva lot.
That said, I would LOVE some het-smut for him if you fancy that as there is very little to be found for him. Pairing wise, I’m good with Angela (everybody lives much? *grin*), Mako, or even trio’d up with the Kaidanosky couple and/or Mako and Raleigh together. Hell, I’d be thrilled with a semi-anonymous OC too! Just make him the focus of attention please.
Also, if you want to go the cannon character deaths route, I really would love to see him get some kind of closure and healing after the film, whether on his own, or with Raleigh and Mako supporting him as friends (or even as lovers). Also, we know we’re getting a sequel at some point – what do you think would happen for Herc if that movie hits? Does he dive back into the battle as a pilot or help to lead a renewed Shatter Dome? Or does he wrestle with returning at all?
Basically, I’d just like Herc as the focus of a fic that ends up on at least a hopeful if not outwardly happy note.
Lord of the Rings – Tolkien Book-verse (though I’m game with it being worked more into movie verse)

Once again, a shippy request – but they were married in canon so I’m not sure how you’d have these two characters and NOT write them shippy LOL.
Eomer is one of my favorites characters from the Lord of the Rings canon (admittedly more so once it was played by Karl Urban in the films LOL), and the pairing of this warrior from the plains paired with the lady of the seashore was very intriguing to me. I’d love to see a little bit of their courtship – how they came together and what it was about each other that drew them together. Was it an arranged marriage? Did they fall in love over the course of several chaperoned visits or after the wedding? This would be another great spot for a possible epistolary love story.
So I believe that’s probably it – feel free to drop me an anon comment here if you have any questions/worries about any of my likes/dislikes or specific requests!
